Thank you for pointing out the premium bug - we're already aware of it and are about to correct that.
However, this bug should not relate to the issues you have encountered.
We also didn't make any changes to the viewer itself in the last weeks.
Do you always set up the player views anew once every session, or do you keep them and simply let the player rejoin?
I must admit, that I'm not involved in the mechanics behind the player view, but I assume that maybe there is an issue with the websocket needed for the views.
Could you please try to send out new links four your players and check if the issue is still occurring?
